Using the Support Page
Access support through the app:
- Click “Support” in the main navigation
- Fill out the support form
- Provide detailed information
- Submit your request
- Wait for response from support team
Submitting Support Requests
When contacting support:
- Use the in-app Support form
- Provide a clear subject line
- Describe the issue in detail
- Include steps to reproduce (if applicable)
- Mention any error messages
- Specify which products/features are affected
- Include your shop domain
Help support help you faster:
- Subject: Brief description of issue
- Details:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- When it started occurring
- Steps to reproduce
- Error messages (exact text)
- Product IDs or job IDs if relevant
- Screenshots if helpful
- Browser and device information
Privacy & Data
Data Handling Policies
Frimty AI Manager:
- Only accesses data necessary to provide services
- Does not share your data with third parties
- Does not use your data to train AI models
- Stores minimal data required for functionality
- Deletes data upon app uninstallation
