Using the Support Page

Access support through the app:
  1. Click “Support” in the main navigation
  2. Fill out the support form
  3. Provide detailed information
  4. Submit your request
  5. Wait for response from support team

Submitting Support Requests

When contacting support:
  • Use the in-app Support form
  • Provide a clear subject line
  • Describe the issue in detail
  • Include steps to reproduce (if applicable)
  • Mention any error messages
  • Specify which products/features are affected
  • Include your shop domain

What Information to Include

Help support help you faster:
  • Subject: Brief description of issue
  • Details:
    • What you were trying to do
    • What happened instead
    • When it started occurring
    • Steps to reproduce
    • Error messages (exact text)
    • Product IDs or job IDs if relevant
    • Screenshots if helpful
    • Browser and device information

Privacy & Data

Data Handling Policies

Frimty AI Manager:
  • Only accesses data necessary to provide services
  • Does not share your data with third parties
  • Does not use your data to train AI models
  • Stores minimal data required for functionality
  • Deletes data upon app uninstallation

Your privacy is protected:
  • Product data is transmitted securely (HTTPS)
  • Content generation is private to your store
  • No data is shared between stores
  • AI providers (Google) don’t retain your prompts
  • Logs are private to your account

  • Activity logs

  • Settings preferences
Data is stored securely in encrypted databases.

Shopify Integration Security

Integration is secure:
  • Uses Shopify OAuth for authentication
  • Follows Shopify security best practices
  • All API calls are encrypted
  • Permissions are limited to necessary access
  • Tokens are stored securely
